Hi folks,

Looks like another drizzly, cold week here.  I'm seeing hats, boots and 
umbrellas going by instead of shorts and flip flops.  Brrr!!!  Makes me 
chilly just thinking about it!  Oh my goodness, there's even some snow 
mixed in with that rain now!

I hope Tia Kelley had a wonderful birthday yesterday, and wasn't 
forgotten in favor of the Super Bowl.  That would be almost as bad as 
having a birthday on Christmas!   

I have to correct some misinformation I put out last week about the J. 
C. Hunt Employee of the Year Award.  Evidently I was looking on the 
wrong copy of something, (and did I mention I still could use new 
glasses?)  There will only be one Employee of the Year Award for an 
Eastern staff employee, rather than having the employees split into 
classified and professional categories.  At any rate, you still need to 
be looking around for likely candidates for this prestigious award as 
nomination time is running short, and a good portion of time will need 
to be devoted to the selection process once the nominees are decided. 

Don't forget our special Valentine Dinner coming up this Wed. evening!  
Bring your sweetheart and come eat with us!

Our menu for today includes:
            Spaghetti and meatballs
            Broccoli and cheese
            Baked potato bar
            Corn
            Hot rolls

And for dessert, have some Ice Cream and Toppings.

And don't forget our great Grill sandwiches!
