[Eoscstudents] Horticulture Department Plant Sale - Wed. March 31 and Thu. April 1

  Hello Everyone!

The Horticulture Department will be hosting a plant sale on Wednesday, 
March 31 starting at 12:00 - 4:00 pm in the Eastern Greenhouse located 
just west (to the left) of the Meats Lab for all Eastern faculty, staff, 
and students. 

The public sale will be Thursday, April 1 from 10:00 am til close in the 
parking lot of The Chamber of Commerce building on Main Street.

We will be selling 6-packs and 4-inch pots of flowering annuals and 
6-packs of vegetables and houseplants.

Varieties available for sale in 6-packs include:  Coleus, Dianthus 
(Pinks), Impatients, Marigolds, Moss Rose, Salvia, Verbena, Celosia, 
Zinna, Alyssum, Periwinkle, Snapdragon, and Better Boy, Beefsteak, and 
Brandywine tomatoes, and Better Belle Peppers.

4-inch pot varieties include:  Geranium, Lantana, Double Impatient, 
Coleus, and Calibrachoa (Million Bells), and Gerber Daisy

Houseplant varieties: Spider Plant, Wandering Jew, Mouse-Ear Jew, 
Arrowhead vine, Aloe Vera, Agave, Cactus, Mexican Hat, and Aeonium

Six packs will be $2.50 each (except for Wave Petunias @ $3.50 each)

4" pots will sell for $2.00 each (except for Gerber Daisies @ $3.00 each).

All plants purchased at the Wednesday sale will be discounted $0.25 per 
six-pack or 4" pot!
