Hi folks,

We're still in that string of wonderful weather days, and I hope you're 
all enjoying it!  It won't last forever you know!

The EOSC Bookstore has a brand new assortment of name brand toiletries 
at the very affordable price of $2.19 each, including Nyquil and 
Dayquil, (good to know at this time of year), Secret deodorant, Pantene 
shampoo and conditioner, and various other of life's necessities you may 
have forgotten to bring from home.

And FOR STUDENTS ONLY:  the Bookstore is having a special drawing in 
honor of both Student Appreciation Month and Breast Cancer Awareness 
Month.  Any student that comes in and buys any "Pink" item, to help 
raise money for breast cancer research, will be entered into a drawing 
for an RCA Small Wonder EZ1000 digital camcorder, to be given away on 
October 29.  They'll even have cookies and punch that day to celebrate 
Student Appreciation Month!  

It looks like our beloved clock tower is about to get a facelift, so if 
you're going that way be careful to stay out of the way of the workers 
and scaffolding.  After decades of service,  our clock tower was 
beginning to show signs of age, (like most of us), and it'll be good  to 
see it put back into mint condition.

Our menu for today includes:
          Pork chops
          Mashed potatoes and white gravy
          Cape Cod blend vegetables
          Macaroni and cheese
          Fried squash
          Navy beans
          Hot rolls

And for dessert, have a piece of Pumpkin Pie Cake.
