Hi folks,

Well, the wind has finally died down after blowing like crazy
yesterday. I think we almost lost an employee who was just trying to
carry a couple of big cardboard boxes to the dumpster. She almost went
airborne, and no telling where she'd've landed with the way the wind was
blowing! And it was still unseasonably warm for this time of year, with
temperatures up in the 80's I believe, but I think that's about to
change somewhat. The rest of the week looks like it'll only be in the
60's or 70's.

It's hard to believe that Oklahoma is a week away from electing our
first woman governor, with both parties having chosen a woman as their
top contender for the governor's post. We've come a long way in the 80
or so years we've had the vote! There are lots of state questions on
the ballot to be decided, also, so you might want to get a little
background information on those before you go try to decipher all the
legalspeak in the polling place. It could take a while.

Our menu for today includes:
            Chicken alfredo bake
            Peas
            California blend
            Fried squash
            Hominy

And for dessert, have a piece of some yummy Chocolate Pie.

Have a great day,

Rhoda :-)
