[Eoscstudents] Menu for Tues. Sept. 7

Hi folks,

I hope you all had an enjoyable and safe Labor Day Weekend.  It's always 
nice to have extra time off, isn't it?

I just read Dr. Smith's email about the "Lead to Read" program Eastern 
is participating in, involving sending some of our students to Wilburton 
Elementary to read to the children.  I can remember when I was in 
elementary school, (yes, it's a stretch, but I can still remember back 
that far), how impressed we were by "bigger kids".  This will give the 
elementary students a chance to meet and get to know some of our fine 
students, and give our Eastern students a whole new perspective on how 
they can have a very positive impact on others with their contributions 
to society.  I hope many of our students become involved in this 
wonderful new program. 

Our menu for today includes:
             Hamburger steak
             Mashed potatoes and gravy
             Corn
             Green beans
             Brussels sprouts
             Peas with pearl onions

And for dessert, have a helping of Lemon Delight.
