[Eoscstudents] Menu for President's Day Mon. Feb. 21

Hi folks,

Despite how this week is starting, the weekend weather was wonderful!  I 
wish I had spent more time outside instead of in the house trying to get 
stuff done.  I've noticed several trees budding out and flower bulbs 
poking shoots out ready to bloom soon.

Happy Birthday wishes go out today to Patricia Rector of our Financial 
Aid office.  I hope she has a really great day.

Our menu for today includes:
       Hamburger steak
       Mashed potatoes and gravy
       Corn
       Garden blend rice
       Creamed peas
      
And for dessert, have a piece of Orange Poke Cake.
