Hi folks,

You'd better enjoy the temperatures which are supposed to be in the 50's 
today and tomorrow, because according to predictions we're in for a cold 
spell starting this weekend, (around Saturday night, I believe), and it 
should carry over into the first 2 or 3 days of next week.  Better get 
the big coat, gloves, de-icer, windshield scraper, etc. located.  There 
might even be snow this weekend!  Maybe those birds I thought were 
scoping out nesting spots yesterday were just looking for a nice warm, 
snug place to roost in when it gets really cold!  Like I said, it pays 
to plan ahead.

For you basketball fans, the Tournament of Champions starts today here 
at Eastern, so come on out and get your basketball fix.

Our menu for today includes:
       Hearty white bean soup
       Cornbread
       Lasagna
       Baby redskin potatoes
       Broccoli
       Baby carrots
       Turnip greens
       Hot rolls

And for dessert, have a yummy Chocolate Brownie.
