Hi folks,

That was a close one yesterday, with the weather situation!  We got some 
ice and snow, but not nearly as bad as it could've been.  They're still 
plowing and digging out in Tulsa and other parts of the state, but I 
think we've bounced back pretty quickly.  Except for vehicle batteries 
at my house.  Turns out, my vehicle was the only one that would start 
this morning.  My daughter went out to start her car for school and it 
wouldn't cooperate.  She went in to get her dad to help her, and when he 
got to his truck to start it, it was deader than her car!  Our neighbor 
was gone, so they had to call me to come back home and rescue them.  I 
think it's time to buy a new battery, (or maybe two).

Be sure and check out this week's local paper for pictures of the Harlem 
Ambassadors vs. Wilburton Outlaws game, and if you missed it, they have 
a shot of Coach Edgar's recent haircut, too.

Our menu for today includes:
             Beef goulash (great food for a cold day!)
             Tuna subs
             Fried okra
             Red beans
             Sweet peas
             Garlic bread

And for dessert, we have a variety of delicious Cookies to choose from.
