Hi folks,

Even though the nights will be cold, today, Friday and Saturday are 
supposed to bring wonderful weather, so get out there and enjoy it 
before the next round of  rain and colder temperatures hits. 

Don't forget, tomorrow is the deadline for submitting J. C. Hunt 
Employee of the Year nominations, so if you know of an Eastern employee 
deserving of this award, please nominate them.  Even if they don't win, 
being nominated is an incredible honor.

The next EOSC Biggest Loser contest will be kicking off next Tuesday, 
February 1, so get ready. 

Don't forget to listen to Mountaineer Radio at www.radio.eosc.edu.  
Dougo will be doing his morning show every Monday through Friday from 
8:00 to 11:00, but great music will be playing 24/7, so stay tuned.

Our menu for today includes:
            Hamburger steak
            Mashed potatoes and gravy
            Cabbage
            Fried squash
            Navy beans
            Turnips and greens
            Hot rolls

And for dessert, have a helping of luscious Lemon Eclair dessert.

at the Gallery on Main Street (across from Adelita's), and PAWS 
(Partners for Animal Welfare Society) will meet at 7:00 at the Latimer
