[Eoscstudents] Menu for Mon. March 7

Hi folks,

Saturday was a little chilly, but otherwise the weekend was great.  
(What weekend's not?)  I noticed my forsythia blooming, as well as 
several clumps of daffodils, and buds on my redbud tree about ready to 
put on a show.  The Bradford pears are blooming in the yards and along 
the highways, and Spring Break is next week.  I noticed we'll also be 
getting to "spring forward" on the clock this coming weekend, so we'll 
be getting an extra hour of daylight to enjoy on our Spring Break days 
off.  Perfect timing.

Happy Birthday wishes go out today to Gail Wilson of the Business 
Office.  I hope she has a day  as wonderful as she is.

Our menu for today includes:
             Chicken parmesan over angel hair pasta
             Baked potato bar
             Brussels sprouts
             Green peas
             California blend vegetables
             Hot rolls

And for dessert, have a piece of Banana Nut Cake with Peanut Butter 
Frosting.
