[Eoscstudents] Menu for week of Sept. 12 to 16

Hi folks,

Hope you all had a great weekend!  The weather has been so much better 
for getting out and doing outside activities without fear of a heat stroke!

There are lots of activities scheduled on campus this week, with a real 
biggie being the long awaited Mud Bowl on Tuesday evening at the 
Football Field!  This should be a lot of fun!  Then Wednesday evening 
the Student Government sponsors a street dance in front of the Student 
Center.  Thursday there will be a Meet and Greet with the Basketball 
teams and coaches in the Fieldhouse from 4:00 to 6:00.  Thursday is also 
Physical Plant Administrative Assistant Sheryl Marmon's birthday!  And 
for those of you who might be interested, there will be a Latimer County 
Arts Council meeting Thurs. evening at 6:00 at the Gallery.  Friday 
Eastern's Board of Regents will meet on campus.  And for you football 
fans, the Wilburton Diggers will take on Savanna Friday evening, and if 
you can't make it to the game, be sure and listen to it on Mountaineer 
Radio at www.radio.eosc.edu.  Finally on Sunday, Cindy Waldrop of 
Student Support Services will celebrate her birthday.

Our lunch menus for the week are as follows:

Monday:        Lasagna, Steamed red potatoes, Broccoli, Corn, Baby 
carrots, Hot rolls, Cheesecake

Tuesday:        Meatloaf, Chicken strips, Mashed potatoes and gravy, 
Fried okra, Winter blend vegetables, Blackeyed peas, Hot rolls, Assorted pie

Wednesday:    Pork chops, Mashed potatoes and gravy, Stuffing, Green 
beans, Corn, Sauerkraut with little smokies, Hot rolls, Peach cobbler

Thursday:        Beef tips over rice, California blend vegetables, Fried 
squash, English peas, Hot rolls, Fruit turnovers

Friday:            Taco salad, Grilled chicken on a bun, Fries or Baked 
potato, Baked beans, Corn on the cob, Slaw, Brownies
