[Eoscstudents] recycling in Wilburton and community service possibilities

Just want to remind you all that there is a thriving recycling program in
Wilburton which serves all of Latimer County.  There are ample opportunities
for community service in sorting the recyclables, but there are also
opportunities for more "creative" community service through community
education, helping them to develop a market plan (hint, hint:  PBL), working
with children, etc.

 

ESGA officers, athletes, Presidential Scholars, clubs:  I urge you to
consider working with Cindi Cox at wilburtonrecycling44 at yahoo.com.  Cindi's
office phone is 918-465-5086.  She is enthusiastic and high energy and full
of creative ideas so if you are looking for ways to get involved and get a
few volunteer hours, call her!
