[Eoscstudents] Voter Registration Contest - Septebmer 17th - 21st

EASTERN'S PHI THETA KAPPA AND HONORS is helping Eastern to participate in a
State competition with all other colleges and universities in Oklahoma.

September 17th - 21st is designated as Voice your Vote. It is a competition
to sign up as many new registered voters as possible. 

We can count any of the following:

*	New registration
*	Change of Name
*	Change of Address
*	Change of Party Affiliation

There will be a registration table on Wednesday, Sept 19th from 4:30 until
6:00 p.m. in the Student Union. You may ask a faculty member or Honors/PTK
student for a form or how to get a form. 

A Movie with free Popcorn and Drinks will be shown in the Amphitheatre at
the back of the Student Center on Monday, Sept 17th @ 9:30 p.m. in honor of
Constitution Day. A booth will be available to sign up there also.

A drawing will be held for those who wish to participate and fill out a
drawing slip. The campus prizes are as follows:

*	Wilburton campus; 1st prize - $30 cash; 2nd prize - $20 cash; 3rd
prize - Choctaw pizza; A special $50 cash winner will be chosen from
answering the question on the back of the drawing slip. The Honors students
will select the winning answer ticket.
*	McAlester campus; 1 prize winner - $50 free play money and dinner
for two at the Choctaw Casino.
*	Idabel campus; 1 prize winner - $50 free play money and dinner for
two at the Choctaw Casino.

Some faculty members are giving bonus points in their classes for
participation. Please inquire if you are participating if they are giving
bonus points.  I will be sending a list of names who sign forms to ALL
faculty.

(Idabel students can ask Mrs. Crow's office or the table set up on Tuesday
evening at 4:30 p.m.)

(McAlester students can ask Kelly Bogard, Secretary or come to the booth
table setup on Monday or Tuesday evenings from 4:30 - 7 p.m.)
