[Eoscstudents] Transcript reminder

Dear Eastern students:

It is that time of year again when students are looking at attending
universities beyond Eastern or changing colleges in the fall. As a result,
official transcripts will be needed. Please get your requests in to us
early. If you need Spring 2013 semester grades to be posted on the
transcript, please state that on your request form. These forms can be found
on Eastern's website. Click on the word "Transcripts" printed in white font
near the bottom right of the page under "Academics," then click on
"Transcript Request Form (PDF format), and complete the form. We will need a
copy of your picture id (student id or driver's license) and your signature
in order to fulfill your request.  As always, you may also come by the
Registrar's Office, located in Room 107 in the Administration Bldg. and fill
out the form in person.
