[Eoscstudents] Menu for Mon. June 2

Hi folks,
 
I can't believe it's June already and our first Gear Up camp starts today!  It's always a fun time with all the excited kids from all over the area coming in to eat with us.  We're hoping to see many of them go on to become Mountaineers in future years.  
 
Our Cafeteria will be back in operation for the next 2 1/2 weeks during Gear Up camp, serving a main line meal, for those of you who have been missing "home cooking".    The Cyber Café will be closed during this period, but we will have a fast food option each day as well as the regular main line meal.
 
Our lunch menu for Monday June 2 will be:
 
Spaghetti with meat sauce or BBQ beef sandwich with French fries, garlic bread, green beans, carrots, fried okra, cookies, ice cream and salad bar.
 
Our dinner menu for Monday will be:
 
Chicken fried steak or chicken strips, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, macaroni and cheese, black eyed peas, dinner rolls, ice cream and salad bar.
