Hi folks,
 
I hope you all had a great Fall Break.  I enjoyed mine.  Of course, it included going to the Fall Festival at Robber's Cave State Park, just north of town.  There's always so much to see out there, and to eat, and to buy if you have some mad money.  Even when the festival is not going on, the park is a beautiful place to go and spend time.
 
I hope everyone is getting ready for Trunk or Treat and Homecoming here at Eastern.  It's hard to believe, it's only 3 weeks away!  
 
EOSC birthdays this week include:  Freshman Nursing instructor at Idabel, Jamie Fields, on Tues., Human Resources Assistant and Benefits Coordinator, Janice Forwoodson, on Thurs., and Student Success Center, (aka Student Support Services) director Sue Lovett, on Fri.  These gals are all wonderful, so be sure and wish them a great birthday if you see them on campus this week.
 
Lunch menus for this week include:
 
Monday:  Chicken and rice casserole, steamed red potatoes, steamed broccoli, corn on the cob, black eye peas, fried okra, hot rolls, brownies.  Cyber:  Patty melts or Rubens sandwiches.
 
Tuesday:  Pot roast with carrots and potatoes, hot rolls, buttered noodles, vegetable blend, fried zucchini, green beans, white cake.  Cyber:  Steak or chicken melts.
 
Wednesday:  BBQ beef, BBQ chicken, BBQ smoked sausage, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, potato wedges, dinner rolls, applesauce cake.  Frito chili pies or chili burritos.
 
Thursday:  Taco salads or tacos, cilantro lime rice, red beans and cornbread, green chili cheese corn, Santa Fe blend vegetables, Mounds cake.  Cyber:  Hamburgers or chicken fried chicken sandwich.
 
Friday:  Baked tilapia with rice pilaf, steamed carrots, broccoli/cauliflower, fried squash, pinto beans, dinner rolls, Boston cream poke cake.  Sub sandwiches or corn dogs.
 
Dinner menus for the week include:
 
Monday:  Tamales or grilled chicken breast, Mexican rice, pinto beans, vegetable blend, steamed carrots.
 
Tuesday:  Beef or cheese ravioli with red or Alfredo sauce, linguini with smoked sausage, steamed vegetables, cream corn, green beans, garlic bread sticks.
 
Wednesday:  Chicken fried steak or chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, Tuscan blend vegetables, ranch beans, broccoli rice casserole.
 
Thursday:  Hot and spicy or regular chicken strips with fries, macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli, fried okra, Antigua blend vegetables.
 
Friday:  Hot ham and cheese, or hot roast beef sandwiches with waffle fries, garlic buttered noodles, pork and beans, steamed spinach.
