[Eoscstudents] Menus for Mon. Sept. 15 thru Fri. Sept. 19

Hi folks,
 
Here it is, the middle of September, and it has really started to feel like fall!  Time to dig in a different section of the closet, and maybe find a jacket for those chilly mornings!  On that note, I just checked the calendar, and we're about a month away from Fall Break, and the local Fall Festival at Robbers Cave. 
 
We've got a busy week coming up here in the Cafeteria, so please bear with us if we have to limit the Cyber Café menu to a couple of choices, or possibly close it temporarily.  
 
Lunch menus for the week include:
 
Monday:  Chicken tetrazzini, green beans, carrots, Cape Cod vegetables, fried okra, dinner rolls, cream cheese brownies.
 
Tuesday:  Pork chops, rice pilaf, roasted corn on the cob, steamed broccoli, macaroni and cheese, fried squash, dinner rolls, cobbler.
 
Wednesday:  Beef tamales, refried beans, green chili cream cheese corn, cilantro lime rice, potato cubes, spinach, cookies.
 
Thursday:  Hot and spicy or regular chicken strips, hot rolls, mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and tomatoes, black eyed peas, steamed vegetables, baked sweet potatoes, strawberry cake.
 
Friday:  Beef or chicken fajitas, red beans and corn bread, taco salads or nachos, Mexican rice, Santa Fe vegetables, guacamole, cheesecake.
 
Saturday:  Hamburgers or chicken fried chicken sandwiches.
 
Dinner menus include:
 
Monday:  Hamburger steaks with trimmings on the side, or chicken fried chicken, mashed red potatoes with gravy, Tuscan blend vegetables, BBQ beans, garlic buttered bow tie pasta, fried okra, ice cream with toppings.
 
Tuesday:  BBQ chicken or goulash, cubed potatoes, fried squash, green beans, mixed vegetables, corn on the cob, ice cream.
 
Wednesday:  Hot ham and cheese, or chicken fried chicken sandwiches with fries or chips, rice pilaf, carrots, pork and beans, corn nuggets, ice cream.
 
Thursday:  Chicken Alfredo, or open face hot steak sandwiches, fries, steamed spinach, corn on the cob, garlic bread, fried okra, vegetable blend, ice cream.
 
Friday:  Steak or chicken melts with chips or curly fries, macaroni and tomatoes, green beans, steamed carrots, cookies.
 
Saturday:  Chili cheese burritos, or grilled chicken sandwiches, tater tots, cilantro lime rice, pinto beans.
