Hi folks and Happy Tuesday!
 
Sorry for the lateness of this email, but it's been a busy morning!
 
There will be a Staff Council meeting this afternoon at 2:00 in the Library Conference Room, the first meeting under new Staff Council Chair Lindy Morgan.  Anyone is welcome to attend, whether you have a question, a concern, or might even be interested in serving on the council. 
 
Eastern's female employees might want to note that the Mammogram Van will be on campus this Thursday.  If you haven't made an appointment to visit this yet, and would like to try and schedule an appointment, you can call 1-800-422-4626, Ext. 110, to do so.  Take care of your health.  You're important!
 
Eastern birthdays for the week include, Tita Hughes of the Custodial Dept., (formerly of the Cafeteria), celebrating her birthday today, and London White, Executive Assistant in Student Affairs, celebrating her birthday this coming Saturday, Jan. 24.  Happy birthday to you both!  I hope you both have a great day!
 
Lunch menus for the week include:
 
Tuesday:  Roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy, steamed carrots, blackeye peas, spinach, corn on the cob, hot rolls, Coca Cola cake.  Soup:  Homemade Potato Soup.
 
Wednesday:  Baked chicken with rice pilaf, steamed broccoli, breaded squash, pinto beans, vegetable blend, hot rolls, éclair cake.
 
Thursday:  Spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread sticks, corn nuggets, Capri blend vegetables, Brussels sprouts, ranch potato cubes, strawberry cake.
 
Friday:  Fish, hush puppies, potato wedges, macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli, ranch beans, carrots, cherry cobbler.
 
Dinner menus include:
 
Tuesday:  Wing Night!  Ranch style or Buffalo Hot wings, or chicken fried chicken sandwich, potato wedges, baked beans, mixed vegetable blend, macaroni and cheese.
 
Wednesday:  Pork fried rice, eggrolls, chick ribs, steamed cabbage, egg drop soup, steamed carrots, hibachi noodles.
 
Thursday:  Oven fried chicken or chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, biscuits, green beans, rice pilaf, corn on the cob.
 
Friday:  Hot dogs, hot links, or smoked sausage, buttered noodles, steamed broccoli, pork and beans, French fries.
