Hi folks,
 
It's looking like a great week coming up here at Eastern, with lots of sunshine and great temperatures, and maybe a few spring showers thrown in to get the flowers blooming and gardens started.
 
There is a College and Career Fair being held in the Ballroom today between 11:00 and 2:00, sponsored by the Student Support Services department and the Academic and Career Advisement Office.  This event will bring dozens of colleges, vendors and potential employers to our campus to visit with anyone interested in career information and educational opportunities.  
 
There will be an EOSC Staff Council meeting in the Library Conference room Tuesday March 31 at 2:00.  Everyone is welcome to attend, especially if you have an issue that you'd like to bring to the attention of the council.  
 
Lunch menus for the week include:
 
Monday:  Spaghetti with meat sauce or red sauce, garlic bread, green beans, steamed carrots, fried okra, vegetable blend, cinnamon roll cake.
 
Tuesday:  Smothered pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy, rice pilaf, baked beans, corn nuggets, steamed broccoli, hot rolls, strawberry poke cake.
 
Wednesday:  Baked chicken breast, roasted red potatoes, black eye peas, garlic buttered penne pasta, steamed spinach, fried squash, hot rolls, brownies.
 
Thursday:  Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, red beans and corn bread, corn, white cake with cream cheese icing.
 
Friday:  Fish and shrimp with fries, macaroni and cheese, broccoli and cauliflower, steamed carrots, hot rolls, yellow cake with chocolate icing.
 
Dinner menus include:
 
Monday:  BBQ beef sandwich, pork rib patty, or chick ribs, macaroni and cheese, steamed squash, rice pilaf, ranch beans.
 
Tuesday:  Broccoli chicken and rice casserole, or chicken fried steak, potato cubes, pinto beans, fried okra, hot rolls.
 
Wednesday:  Breakfast, featuring eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage or bacon, waffles or pancakes, hash browns.
 
Thursday:  Baked ham or chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, stuffing, steamed broccoli, vegetable blend, corn on the cob, baked sweet potatoes.
 
Friday:  Chicken strips or your choice of hot dog or hot link sandwich, French fries, corn nuggets, green beans.
