Hi folks,

 

Happy Oklahoma statehood day!  And Happy Birthday to long time (14 years)
cafeteria cook, Susie Smith.  We also found out today that she has a
birthday twin in Danilo Crespo, who is celebrating his birthday today, also.


 

Don't forget that there will be a special belated Veterans Day lunch and
program here tomorrow.  All veterans are encouraged to come for a free lunch
courtesy of the Honors Program, from 11:30 to 1:00, and then attend the
special recognition program in the Ballroom at 1:00.   

 

Lunch menu:

Chicken and dumplings, beef stroganoff, BBQ rib patties, green beans, corn
on the cob, vegetable soup, baked potatoes, hamburger bar, sub sandwich bar,
pizza bar, waffle bar.  Dessert:  Peanut butter cake.

 

Dinner menu:

Beef fritters and gravy, 3 sausage jambalaya, corn dogs, mashed potatoes and
gravy, veggies, fries.
