[Eoscstudents] Flu Shots IMPORTANT NOTICE

The Latimer County Health Dept. will be here on campus in the South Ballroom
on Oct. 14, 2015 from 9:00am-11:30am to give flu shots to employees and
students.  There is no charge for this service;  IT IS ABSOLUTELY FREE, you
will not need your Health Choice Card for this.  There will be a small form
to fill out at the time of the shot and its first come, first served basis.
