Hi folks,

 

Well, the rain came in last night, as forecasted, but seems to have moved
elsewhere, at least for the time being.  It may come back for an encore this
weekend, though, according to weather reports.

 

Due to the high expectation of more rain this evening, the Robbers’ Cave
Haunted Hay Ride Spooktacular, which was scheduled for this evening and
tomorrow evening, has been rescheduled to next weekend, on Oct. 30 and 31.
It will start at 7:00 p.m. and the last ride will be at 10:30 p.m.
Admission is $5 per person and the hay ride starts at the Riding Stables.
This event is sponsored by the Friends of Robbers’ Cave Committee, Latimer
County 4-H, and Wilburton Kiwanis Club.  For more information contact our

Happy Birthday wishes go out today to Janice Forwoodson, and Saturday to
Michael Welch and Sue Lovett.  

 

Our Lunch menu consists of:

Country fried steak, beef and noodles, fried fish, whipped potatoes and
gravy, peas and carrots, sautéed squash, pizza bar, Oreo cake.

 

Dinner menu:

Egg and cheese sandwich, sweet and sour chicken, fish sticks, white rice,
spinach, Italian blend vegetable, chips, dessert.
