Hi folks,

 

According to the weather report, this should be a great weekend for outdoor
activities, so get out there and have some fun! 

 

Happy Birthday wishes go out today to Trish McBeath, Eastern's Director of
Marketing and Communications.  Have a great birthday, Trish.  Stop and smell
the roses.

 

Our Lunch menu for today includes:

Roast beef, chicken tortilla casserole, tilapia, mashed potatoes and gravy,
green beans, fried zucchini sticks, mixed vegetables, grilled cheese.  Soup:
Cream of asparagus.  Dessert:  Rice Krispie treats.

 

Dinner:

Sweet and sour meatballs, Frito casserole, fish sticks, steamed white rice,
broccoli, corn, chef's choice on the grill, chips, dessert.
