Please share the attached job description with any recent graduates or
current students. This posting is for 2 positions based out of Hugo, OK
working for Little Dixie Community Action Agency. As you know, the VISTA
program,
<http://www.nationalservice.gov/programs/americorps/americorps-vista>
Volunteers in Service to America, is a great way to get good work
experience, as well as a monthly stipend. After a year of service,
volunteers are also able to receive an award that can be applied to higher
education. I know many students who have used a service year like this
between graduate and undergrad studies to gain experience and fine tune
goals for graduate work. 

 

LDCAA is a partner on Promise Zone related projects and these two positions
will help develop programs that serve citizens in southeastern Oklahoma.
