[Eoscstudents] Meetings & Reservations

Lately some of you are slipping thru the cracks and not getting reservations
to me when you want to use a facility on campus.  Please remember to send me
a copy of the form that is attached and filled in with you needed
information for any and all events and or meetings on campus.  This
information is needed to pass the correct information along to the people
that need to know what is happening on this campus and also so rooms don't
get overbooked and are ready for the event before it happens.
