[Eoscstudents] Menu for Tues. May 10

Hi folks,

 

We're on Day 2 of Finals Week here at Eastern, so students are starting to
pack, and getting ready to say their goodbyes to friends and teachers, and I
hope they don't forget the cafeteria staff.  We've enjoyed having them these
two years, and feel that we've made friends from all over the world by
getting to know them during their time at Eastern.  

 

The ESGA has provided a large piece of blue paper in the cafeteria for
students to write suggestions on for changes or improvements they'd like to
see here at Eastern.  If you have an idea you'd like to have considered,
please come write it on the paper.  Sometimes the best ideas come from
people who are in the dorms, classrooms, cafeteria, etc. day to day, seeing
how things run, and learning from experience what works and what doesn't,
and what's needed in an area.  

 

Our Lunch menu for today includes:

Turkey roast, chicken Alfredo, burritos with chili, roasted potatoes,
Catalina blend vegetables, pinto beans, okra, hominy.  Burgers, subs,
waffles, pizza.  Dessert:  Lemon cake.
