[Eoscstudents] Menu for Wed. May 11

Hi folks,

 

We’re midway through Finals Week and some of the students are already gone
for the last time.  (And I’m pretty sure a LOT of the rest of them are ready
to be gone, as soon as all their tests are taken.)  It is a bittersweet
thing, though, this leaving, whether for the last time or just for the
summer.  You always miss those people and places you’ve left behind.

 

After this Friday, the Cafeteria will not be open again until June 6-9, and
June 13-17 for Gear Up camp and Ag camp.  After that, we will reopen July
8-16 for Singing School Camp.  Other than that, we will be totally closed
through the summer months, (no Cyber Café either).  If you see Officer Tim
Talley around campus during our time off, please feed him something.  We’re
worried he may starve while we’re closed.  (Hint:  He doesn’t like onions,
spicy foods or chocolate.) 

 

Happy Birthday wishes go out today to Cafeteria Manager, Tina Scott.  If she
can survive the rest of this week, she may actually feel like celebrating
afterward.

 

Our Lunch menu for today includes:

Roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, pork fried rice, corn, beans, green
beans, mixed vegetables, fried zucchini sticks.  Burgers, subs, pizza,
waffles.  Dessert:  Rice Krispie treats.
