Good afternoon! 

 

Passport Health will be here next Monday, the 24th and Tuesday the 25th
doing health screenings, immunizations, and dietary counseling. These health
screenings will even work for the Health Choice Help Check, ($200 incentive
that is ending this year). So if you're interested in getting your Health
Choice Help Check done here on campus, follow this link and register:

Make sure you take your Health Choice card with you when you go for this
checkup.
