[Eoscstudents] Proctoring Hours- IMPORTANT!!

2017 FALL PROCTORING HOURS 

 

If you need a test proctored, please KEEP or PRINT THESE HOURS!  These are
the only times that each site is available for proctoring.  These hours
differ from library hours!  Compare these hours to the hours that your
professor has a test open/available in Blackboard.  You may MISS A TEST, if
you aren't carefully watching the two schedules!

 

 

Wilburton Library: 

 

Monday - Thursday                             8:00am - 7:30pm

            

Sunday (when open)                            5:00pm-7:30pm

 

 

McAlester:

 

Tuesday and Wednesday morn.           9am-1pm (in Room 202)

 

Monday - Thursday                            1pm- 3pm ;  5pm - 8pm (in
library)

 

(*Wilburton site can also be used.  There is about 30 minutes driving time
difference.)

 

 

 

Idabel: 

 

Wednesday evenings                           7:30pm - 10:00pm (*test must be
COMPLETED by 10pm)

 

Thursday                                             3:30pm - 7:00pm

**Tests can be accommodated at different times in extenuating circumstances,
but agreements must be made with professor AND Test Proctoring Coordinator.
Accommodations may have to be made at a different site also.  PLEASE EMAIL
your professor AND proctor at eosc.edu <mailto:proctor at eosc.edu>  with any
