Dear EOSC Family,

Please join us in front of the library building, Monday, August 21st
(starting around 12:45pm) for SAFE viewing of the solar eclipse on campus.
We will have SAFETY glasses, edible pinhole viewers and a telescope set up
with filter tracking!

The event will also be streamed onto the television monitors around campus,
if you can't make it our way.

PLEASE NOTE: You CAN INJURE your eyes without the proper eye gear. It is
NOT SAFE to look at the eclipse without protective, NASA approved, eyewear
(sunglasses are NOT strong enough)! PLEASE join us for a safe and fun
viewing of this rare event!

Also, a very special thank you goes to Dr. Mike Nealon, for preparation of
the telescope and live stream, and to Dr. Patricia Ratliff, for organization
of event and the edible pinhole viewing! Your AWESOME Science department at
work!
