[Eoscstudents] Test Proctoring-IMPORTANT!

Hello All and Welcome to EASTERN,

 

We are very glad to have you here!

 

This email explains proctoring which is when you have to take a test with
someone "monitoring" you.  This is mainly used for online classes, but
sometimes face-to-face instructors use these services too.

 

 

If a professor needs you to have a test proctored AT ONE OF THE FOUR CAMPUS
SITES, you will need to fill out the TOP HALF ONLY of the proctor agreement
form. It is attached. This is returned to your instructor ONLY via email!  

 

The on-campus hours are below.  PLEASE NOTE: ON-CAMPUS SITES DO NOT proctor
tests on Fridays!  Even if the test is open on a Friday, you CANNOT test at
a campus site!

 

 

2018 FALL PROCTORING HOURS -

 

 

 

Wilburton Library: 

 

Mon-Thurs.                                          8 am - 8:00pm   

Sunday                                                5 pm-8:00pm

 

 

 

McAlester Library:

 

Mon-Thurs.                                           9am -1pm       and
5-8pm

 

 

 

Idabel: 

 

Tuesday                                               10:30 am-1:00 pm

Wednesday                                          7:30pm -10 pm

Thursday                                             10:30 am - 1:00 pm

 

*Contact proctors through Donna Delozier at 580-376-5219 

     OR in proctoring room (during proctoring hours) at 580-376-5234.

 

 

 

Antlers:

 

Monday                                               4:30pm -7:30pm 

Tuesday                                               4:30pm -7:30pm

Thursday                                             4:30pm -7:30pm

 

*MUST CALL Ms. Nicole Faber at 580-271-0471 to make an appointment.

 

 

 

 

IF YOU ARE OFF-CAMPUS, PLEASE fill out the top half and find an appropriate
ACADEMIC PROCTOR.  This proctor must fill out the bottom half of the form
and then send it to the email (proctor at eosc.edu <mailto:proctor at eosc.edu> )
.  They will then be contacted by EOSC regarding proctoring.  IF YOU ARE
HAVING A HARD TIME FINDING A PROCTOR, please contact me at proctor at eosc.edu
