[Eoscstudents] Halloween Space for Clubs and Organizations (Wilburton Campus)

All student organizations are invited to participate in the Halloween
Carnival on October 31st from 5-7 in front of the student center.  Groups
who wish to set up trunks, games, or displays should contact student
services by emailing myself at bdenny at eosc.edu or by calling our offices at
918-465-1818.  Each group will be assigned two parking spaces in order to
facilitate all interested organizations.  Any group needing additional
space should request it when notifying us.  Groups are responsible for
“some” candy.  Student services will purchase candy as well to assist
groups and try and prevent anyone from running out.  Thank you and we look
forward to a fun and safe event for all.
