[Eoscstudents] Last Working Day for Student Employees

Good morning,

The *last day* for Student Employee Workers (both RCE & FWS) is Friday, May
14th, 2021 - no work is authorized after that date.

Any department/student who wants summer hours will need to fill out a new
Authorization Form for the Summer semester - the start date for those who
want to work over the summer will be on the first day of the summer
semester, Tuesday June 1st. *This means no work can be completed between
Friday, May 14th and Tuesday, June 1st. No work can be completed after June
1st unless you have submitted a NEW AUTHORIZATION FORM.*

A reminder to all supervisors: If your student employee has not completed
all necessary paperwork/Authorization Forms, you CANNOT allow them to work
until it is completed.

New Authorization Forms can be picked up/turned in AFTER May 14th.
