[Eoscstudents] EOSC Student Health Services

The Office of Student Services currently partners with the Health and
Wellness Center to provide medical services, behavioral health services and
counseling services to students. All full-time EOSC students who are
enrolled in the current semester are eligible for services.

Covered visits include


   - Treatment for minor illnesses and injuries
   - Referrals to health care providers, specialists, or community agencies
   - Basic office visits and physical exams (family practice physician and
   nurse practitioner)
   - Lab test and X-Rays/EKGs needed to assist in a diagnosis
   - Up to three counseling sessions for behavioral and mental health
   services

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through the Office of Student
Services to ensures services will be covered for students without health
