Good Morning Mountaineer Family!

Tomorrow is Mountaineer Mania our day dedicated to showing High School
Seniors what Eastern is all about! We are expected to have around 300
students visiting campus and we wanted to keep everyone "in the loop" about
the activities for tomorrow morning. Due to the possibility of
chilly weather, we have made the decision to have outdoor activities moved
indoors.

Here is the Agenda for the event:

*9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.* - Buses Arrive and Students Check-In at CC Dunlap
Field House. Busses will park behind Miller Hall and a shuttle will bring
drivers to Fieldhouse.

*9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. - *Welcome from EOSC President Dr. Janet
Wansick, Comments from ESGA President Gus Ward, Presentations by EOSC
Recruiters & GEAR UP Staff, EOSC Student Panel Q & A.

*10:15 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - *Students will choose one academic area of
interest to visit and travel to that area. EOSC Faculty will present
information and a hands-on activity to showcase the major.

*11:00 a.m. - Noon - *Information Browse & Lunch (Now at the C.C.Dunlap
Fieldhouse) Students will participate in the Information Browse to learn
about academic majors, student organizations and visit with college
representatives about financial aid, scholarships, housing, student
services, and more. Students will visit tables and receive a stamp and
enter to win scholarships and door prizes.
Enjoy a free walking taco, music, and other activities.

*11:30 -* Draw for Door Prizes and Scholarships.

*Busses will depart at Noon. *
