[Eoscstudents] #WhyApply Social Media Campaign

Eastern will be participating in the national #WhyApply social media
campaign this week. The application fee will be waived for any student who
applies for admission on Friday, Sept. 16. Leading up to #WhyApply day on
Friday, we will be celebrating the kick-off to the college application
process and celebrating students' plans for the future. We want to include
our current EOSC students in this campaign!

Here's how you can participate:

   - Using the attached template, write your "why" and ask someone to take
   a photo of you holding your sign.
   - Film a short video (10-15 seconds) on your phone sharing your "why."
   - Or goal is to motivate and encourage students to apply, so share your
   reasons for applying to college and choosing to work toward or earn a
   degree.
   - Once you have your video or photo, email it to me or use a
   file-sharing service such as Google Drive for larger files.
   - Be sure to share Eastern's social media posts to help spread the word!

Please try to get all photos and videos to me by Wednesday at Noon.
