- Library Fall Food Drive - Food & Monetary Donations
October 23 - November 15
Donations go directly to EOSC Students and Staff in need for the
upcoming holidays.
Contact Maria Martinez at 918-465-1711 if you have any questions or
concerns. Spirit Points will be awarded.
- Club/Team Poster Making
11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Student Center Cafeteria
Send a few representatives to create posters to represent your
club/team. The posters will hang in the cafeteria and will then be
transferred to the gym. Spirit Points will be awarded.
- Homecoming Chili Cook-Off
6:30 in the Student Center Ballroom
An Eastern Homecoming tradition, the *Chili Cook-off
<https://www.eosc.edu/events/chili-cookoff-2023>* will be an evening of
great chili, as well as an opportunity to connect with classmates, friends,
professors and members of the community. Spirit Points will be awarded.
This event is free and open to the public.
- Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Meeting
9:30 p.m. in the C.C. Dunlap Field House
All are welcome to attend.
*Tuesday, **Nov. 7 - Tacky Tourist Day*
- Eastern Shirt Stenciling
11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Student Center Amphitheater
Bring your own t-shirt to design. All other supplies will be provided.
Spirit Points will be provided.
- Student Cornhole Tournament
3:00 p.m. on the Student Center West Lawn
Watch your classmates battle it out for cash prizes in the tournament.
- Glow Capture the Flag
7:00 p.m. near the Clock Tower
Join us for a fun nighttime game of Capture the Flag. Spirit Points will
be awarded to participants.
*Wednesday, **Nov. 8 - Home for the Holidays (attire for a holiday you
love)*
- Eastern Shirt Stenciling
11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Student Center Amphitheater
Bring your own t-shirt to design. All other supplies will be provided.
Spirit Points will be provided. (TRiO will provide shirts, as supplies
last, to those who are eligible and/or those who sign up for Student
Support Services - Johnston Hall)
- First Generation Day Celebration
11:30 to 1:00 p.m. on the Johnston Hall Front Lawn
All students, faculty & staff that are First Generation College Students
are invited for pizza sponsored by College FYI and TRiO Student Support
Services.
- NSU Transfer Information Table
A recruiter for Northeastern State University will be on campus to visit
with students.
- Campus Clean-Up Day
1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Student Center Amphitheater
Students, faculty and staff are invited to participate in a campus
clean-up day. Tools and supplies will be provided. May be used for
volunteer hours and/or possible bonus points.
- "Eastern's Got Talent"
8:00 p.m. in Mitchell Hall Auditorium
Join us for a night of entertainment! Spirit Points will be awarded
(extra points for participation)

- Choctaw Nation Weaponry Display
11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Student Center Cafeteria
This display is free and open to the public.
- Food Trucks At the E!
11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. near the Student Center
Students, faculty, staff and the community are invited to campus to grab
lunch, drinks, snacks from area food trucks.
- Gurney Races
3:00 p.m. in the Student Center Parking Lot
Cheer on the 4-person teams as they ride, push & steer a gurney to the
finish line. Entries and Waivers are due by noon on Thursday, Nov. 9.

- Veterans Day Ceremony

The community, students, staff, and faculty are all invited to attend.

Join us as we celebrate Homecoming and Mountaineer Pride.

- Homecoming Coronation Practice

All candidates must attend to do a run-through of the Coronation.

Students are invited to finish Homecoming strong!
TRIO Student Support Services will be opening its Chow Chamber - Food
Pantry/Clothing Closet for anyone who would like to donate new or gently
used items. Items Needed: Dresses, Button Down Shirts, Pants, Shoes, Ties,
Etc. They will be taking donations all week! If you need something to wear,
please be sure to check out this closet too! The Chow Chamber is located on
the first floor of Johnston Hall - Room 117 in the West Wing by the
tutoring center. It will be open from 9:00 a.m. - to 5:00 pm for any
students who would like to go by and shop! This is FREE for Eastern
Students!
