[Eoscstudents] Important Commencement Ceremony Details

Dear Graduates,
Congratulations on reaching this significant milestone!

Here are key details for the upcoming commencement ceremony:

Assembly Times and Location:
 • 5:00 p.m. for the 5:30 p.m. ceremony
 • 7:00 p.m. for the 7:30 p.m. ceremony
Gather on the sidewalk behind the E.E. Tourtelotte Student Center with your
completed NAME CARD. If you don't have one, Teresa Brady & Julie Lawrence will
have them available for you.

Processional:
• Follow ushers Cullen Whisenhunt and Paul Wills to your seats.
• Remain standing for the national anthem and be seated afterward.
• Keep a four-foot distance during the processional.

Order of Processional:
• Ushers lead, followed by graduates as per designation.

Limited Mobility: Contact Candace Raney at craney at eosc.edu by April 29 for
assistance.

Welcome/Presentation/Address:
1. President Wansick and Anne Brooks will confer degrees.
2. Front-row graduates proceed first, presenting NAME CARD to Hannah
Truitt.
3. Take a picture and return to your seat.

Additionally, there will be a walkthrough on Thursday, May 2 at 2:00 p.m.
if you would like to join. It is not mandatory.
