Are you looking for an academic opportunity next year at Eastern? Is your
GPA 3.5 or better for college courses? If so, you’re a prime candidate for
the Honors Program!

The Honors Program is a special curriculum designed for students who desire
an academic challenge and want opportunities to pursue educational
experiences tailored to their interests.

Undergraduate Eastern students who become part of the Honors Program take
two designated Honors Humanities courses (which fulfill Humanities
requirements for all majors), and two 1-credit seminars restricted to
Honors students.

Students who graduate from the Honors program receive a medal for
graduation ceremonies, as well as “Honors Program Graduate” listed
permanently on their Eastern diploma and transcripts.

The Honors Program also offers scholarships, starting at $1500/year for
tuition and $500/year for room!
