Here's what's happening #AtTheE for the week of September 30 - October 6.

*Monday, September 30*

   - American Fidelity - Wilburton Campus
   8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom
   All full-time employees are required to meet with representatives from
   American Fidelity to complete their option period changes.

   - Study Abroad Information Table
   11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Student Center Cafeteria
   Learn about the Study Abroad trip to Denmark. Open to part-time and
   full-time Eastern students taking classes in Wilburton, McAlester, Idabel

   - Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Meeting
   9:30 p.m. in the C.C. Dunlap Field House
   All students are welcome to attend.


*Tuesday, October 1*

   - American Fidelity - Wilburton Campus
   8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom
   All full-time employees are required to meet with representatives from
   American Fidelity to complete their option period changes.

   - Arts & Humanities Club Meeting
   1:00 p.m. in Baker Hall 120
   All students are welcome to attend.

   - Women's Soccer vs. Rich Mountain at 2:00 p.m.

   - Soccer Game Event
   3:00 p.m. near the Soccer Field
   All students, faculty & staff are invited to join us for chili cheese
   dogs & door prizes!

   - Men's Soccer vs. Rich Mountain at 4:00 p.m.

   - Activities at the Baptist Collegiate Ministry
   8:00 p.m. at the BCM Building - 1116 W. Main (across from Regents Court)


*Wednesday, **October 2*

   - American Fidelity - McAlester Campus
   9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Front Lobby
   All full-time employees are required to meet with representatives from
   American Fidelity to complete their option period changes.

   - Free lunch at the BCM
   11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the BCM Building - 1116 W. Main (across from
   Regents Court)
   Available to students every week.


*Thursday, **October 3*

   - American Fidelity - Wilburton Campus
   9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom
   All full-time employees are required to meet with representatives from
   American Fidelity to complete their option period changes.

   - Staff Council Meeting
   3:00 p.m. in the Library Conference Room
   Eastern employees are welcome to attend.

   - United Ministry Activities
   7:00 p.m. at the UM Building (east of campus) at 612 SW 12th Street

   - Women's Soccer vs. Redlands Community College at 1:00 p.m
