Unavailability
We will be migrating the Colleague system to new hardware to improve
performance, reliability, and support future enhancements.
*Date & Time:* 5/15/2025 5:00 PM
*Expected Downtime:* Self-Service will be unavailable for the duration of
the migration.
*Important:* This maintenance will *not* affect Blackboard or other
unrelated systems.
During this maintenance window, users will not be able to access Colleague
or Self-Service. We recommend planning accordingly and completing any
critical tasks before the migration begins.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to enhance the
system. A notification will be sent once the migration is complete and
services are restored.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact IT support.
