Are you passionate about making a difference and shaping the future?
Oklahoma’s Inspired to Teach program offers up to $25,500 in financial
support as you pursue your degree in education and commit to serving in
Oklahoma’s public schools.

   -

   Scholarship Support During College
   -

      Earn $1,000 per year for up to three years if you're enrolled
      full-time with fewer than 90 credit hours.
      -

      If you're entering your final year with 90 or more hours, you may
      receive up to $2,500 that year.
      -

   Incentive for Teaching in Oklahoma
   -

      Once you graduate and become certified, you'll receive $4,000 for
      each of your first five years teaching in an Oklahoma public
PK–12 school—a
      total opportunity of $20,000.

Combined, that’s up to $25,500 in scholarship and incentive benefits to
help you focus on becoming a teacher!

To participate, you must:

   1.

   Graduated from high school, homeschool, or have a GED.
   2.

   Enroll in an accredited Oklahoma teacher education program—either at our
   community college (with an articulation agreement) or another Oklahoma
   institution.
   3.

   Be a full‑time undergraduate student (roughly 12 credit hours per
   semester), maintain satisfactory academic progress, and keep at least a 2.5
   GPA.
   4.

   Agree to complete the teacher education program and commit to teaching
   in an Oklahoma public PK–12 school for five consecutive years after
   graduation.
