Dear Eastern Students,

We’re thrilled to announce the first meeting for 2025-2026 of the Eastern
eSports Club! This is a fantastic opportunity for all students who are
interested in eSports to connect, learn more about the club, and get
involved with our exciting activities for the semester.

*Meeting Details:*

   - *Date:* Wednesday, September 17
   - *Time:* 2:30 PM
   - *Location:* Sullivan Hall 104

At this meeting, we’ll select our officers (president, vice president,
secretary), introduce our club’s goals, discuss upcoming events, and
outline how you can become an active member. Whether you’re familiar with
eSports or just curious, we welcome everyone to join and be part of our
community.

Please make sure to attend, as we have some great plans to share and we’d
love to hear your ideas and suggestions. If you have any questions before
the meeting, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
