Attention May 2026 Graduates,

If you are planning to graduate in May 2026 and have not yet completed your
graduation application, please do so by Friday, April 24, 2026. All students
wishing to receive a degree or certificate must submit a graduation
application.

Applications may be completed through Self Service or by filling out the
attached form and returning it via email. Please be sure to list your name
exactly as you would like it to appear on your diploma.

If you are not a Spring or Summer 2026 graduate, please disregard this
message.
