Dear Students,
Your help is important in keeping our campus and information systems secure.
If you receive an email, phone call, or message that seems suspicious, or
if you encounter a program, website, pop-up, or other activity that doesn't
look right, *please contact the IT Department (918.465.1725)* *before
taking any further action.*
When in doubt:
- *Do not* click suspicious links or open unexpected attachments.
- *Do not* provide your password, verification codes, or other personal
information.
- *Do not* install software or allow someone to remotely access your
computer unless you are certain it is legitimate.
- *Do not* assume something is safe just because it appears to come from
a faculty member, staff member, company, or someone you know.
- *Contact IT* if you are unsure about anything.
It is always better to ask. *If something seems suspicious, report it to IT
(918.465.1725)—even if you're not sure whether it is actually a problem.*
Thank you for helping us keep our campus community safe and secure.
*IT Department*
