Job Description:

Lalla Real Estate is currently seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will assist with client communications, respond to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and support daily administrative operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

*	Responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
*	Assisting clients with basic account and service-related questions
*	Maintaining accurate records and documentation
*	Supporting administrative and customer support functions
*	Upholding confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

*	Currently enrolled student preferred
*	High school diploma or equivalent required
*	Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*	Basic organizational and problem-solving abilities
*	Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
