TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 1

*FCA Meeting*

Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet Tuesday evening in the Field
House. Students are invited to come out, connect with others and get
involved with FCA at Eastern.
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2

*Free BCM Lunch*
11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
BCM Building | 1116 W. Main St., across from Regents Court

Students are invited to stop by the BCM each Wednesday for a free lunch!
Grab a meal, spend some time with fellow students and take a break between
classes.

*Men’s Soccer at Murray State College*
12:00 p.m.

Eastern Men’s Soccer hits the road Wednesday to take on Murray State
College.

*Women’s Soccer at Murray State College*
2:00 p.m.

The Mountaineers continue Wednesday afternoon as Eastern Women’s Soccer
takes on Murray State College.

Eastern will welcome area students to campus for the Wilburton Area College
Fair. Representatives from colleges and universities will be on hand to

Hello Everyone,

The Science and Mathematics Division has proudly hosted the Math and
Science Club for many years. The club provides students with valuable
opportunities to enrich their learning beyond the classroom through
extracurricular activities, leadership development, community service, and
engagement with the college community.

The Math and Science Club will hold an *in-person meeting this coming
Thursday, September 10, at 12:30 PM in Sullivan Hall, Room 102*. We will
make every effort to conclude the meeting by *1:00 PM* so that students can
return to their scheduled classes on time.

The primary agenda item will be the *nomination and election of officers*
for the Math and Science Club. The available leadership positions include:

   - *President*
   - *Vice President*
   - *ESGA Representative-2*
   - *Secretary/Treasurer*

Serving in a leadership position within the Math and Science Club is an
excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in leadership,
communication, teamwork, organization, and service. Such experiences can
also strengthen your *resume and applications for scholarships,
internships, employment, and college or graduate-school admission*.

At the same time, *every member plays an equally important role in the
success of the club*. Your ideas, participation, enthusiasm, and efforts
are essential to making our activities successful and creating meaningful
experiences for everyone.

We will also discuss the club’s upcoming activities and preparations for *Trunk
or Treat and Homecoming*.

We strongly encourage all interested students to attend the meeting,
participate in the discussion, and consider becoming an active member of
the Math and Science Club. Whether you are interested in serving as an

The EOSC Arts and Humanities Club will hold its second meeting of the

are encouraged to attend and get involved.

Wilburton Area College Fair
1:00-3:00 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom

Eastern will host the Wilburton Area College Fair, giving area high school
students and families the opportunity to connect with admission
representatives from colleges and universities and learn more about
admissions, academic programs, scholarships and campus life.

United Ministry - Every Thursday- 7P.M.

United Ministry hosts a weekly Thursday event for EOSC students. This week
will feature a guest speaker, an activity and opportunities to connect with
others.
