[Hen] Document Imaging

Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College is in the process of implementing a
document imaging system in our Admissions, Registrar's, Business, and Human
Resources offices.
Do any other agencies currently utilize a document imaging system?  What are
your policies on retention of paper documents?  Also, what is your back-up
procedure?  Do you store backups offsite?  Do you have a redundant server
offsite?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
