Luvy Aragon is associate with a University in Guatemala City. They have Internet2 and H.323 video are are seeking Spanish speaking partners in Oklahoma with which they may form collaborations.
 
I hope you will forward this to your Spanish speaking faculty and that they may read Luvy's comments below, both in Spanish as he sent them to me, and as I retrieved them from www.freetranslation.com . As you may have guessed, I do not speak Spanish.
 
This may be an excellent opportunity for your college. The last such communication I forwarded to the ODLA list serve has resulted in a Spanish teacher in Anadarko entering into an agreement with a University in Chile to teach English to tourism employees in Chile!
