[Hen] OSRHE Contract for "Fiber Cable Installation, Repair or Relocation"

Higher Ed Networkers;

For 5 years, OSRHE has maintained a contract for Fiber Installation.
Several of our colleges and Universities have used that contract during
those years. That contract will expire shortly and I have been asked to
develop an RFP to replace it. (We have a draft based on our last RFP and
the recent OSF RFP for similar services).

If you or someone on your staff would like to assist in developing this
document, please have them contact me. It would be beneficial if H.323
video conferencing were available to those individuals.
